  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Monitor or ping websites you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
  • Transmit or store any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • Send spam, malware, or phishing content.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization.
  • Disrupt or degrade the performance of the Service for others.
  • Use automated tools to generate excessive requests beyond reasonable use.

2. Security

You must implement reasonable security precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Thumper account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend accounts, or report activity to law enforcement where required.
