4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of Thumper may require payment. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within Thumper are the intellectual property of Thumper or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Thumper at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if you fail to pay for your subscription.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Thumper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide no guarantees about the uptime or security of your monitored websites. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of Thumper after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
