Refund Policy

At Thumper, we strive to offer a reliable and helpful service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to our service.

1. Free Trials

If your subscription includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not heavily used the service (e.g., set up more than one monitor or triggered multiple alerts). After 14 days, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe a billing error has occurred or you experienced a technical issue preventing use of the service, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review each request individually and do our best to resolve the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and payment receipt if available.
